For my PERSONAL preference, I like the hard feeling on the keys. And light capabilities.

I have 2 of them as my daily drivers.

Very clicks which is what I wanted very appreciated

My 16 y/o GS goes through at least one keyboard yearly. He has had several Razer models, including the Ornata V1. He prefers mechanical because he"likes the click and power" but he usually replaces the key pads with gel/softer to the touch pads. With this V3, he is very happy that it owns that click and power (mecha) while having the softer feel of the membrane keys. He loves the low profile as well since he types 130 wpm. Also, the wrist support is not padded with a vinyl cover, but a solid, firm material which he likes as well. The keyboard is made of metal instead of plastic which is a plus to him. He said that he actually prefers THIS keyboard over the more expensive keyboards he has owned over the past 8 years and that since he tends to go through at least one keyboard per year, he will continue to get this V3. The lighting settings get two thumbs up as well! I hope the Ornata is never discontinued.
