When my husband started to research the standing desks, this one stood out for the quality and the reviews people provided, so we decided to go for it. My husband has a back issue and we got this desk so he can work mostly in standing position. After my husband's back surgery, he was advised to alternate to work standing and sitting by the doctor and this is when we discovered that the desk is not working properly. It stopped going up and down and gave error messages. We tried to reset the desk, but it was not successful. I tried to call customer service number for the company, but as expected, they do not pick up the phone and no voicemail is setup to even leave a voicemail. For a such expensive item, not to be able to contact anyone to receive help is very upsetting. Now, we are stuck with the desk that is not working and without any support for it.

My wife and I both work from home and I didn't like seeing her slouched over at her desk and having neck and back pains. This desk is super sturdy (and pretty darn heavy!) but worth every bit of the time it took to put together. I would highly recommend this, not just for the plug-in features, but the stand-up part of it is pretty amazing! My wife couldn't be happier!

Absolutely love the extra space that this large L-shaped motorized standing desk gives me and the built in outlets / USB A plate on the top makes it easy!Desk wasn’t too difficult to put together - there is a lot of metal but it is required to make it sturdy.

Purchased this desk for my son who just started Medical School. He will be spending many hours studying, so will make good extended use of this desk in both sitting and standing positions.First and foremost, I highly commend customer service person Leila. She was very kind and proactive in addressing an issue. I can sincerely say, this company stands behind its' product quality. Thank you Leila!This desk is solid. It is easy to build and functional (words from son). Raising and lowering is quiet, and the position resets work great (also words from son). While there may be better (and cheaper) standing desks out there, I believe this one is a great middle-way purchase. We are extremely happy with our purchase!!
