It's a really comfortable chair. I can sit for hours programming or playing a game and it doesn't hurt my back. I do construction work so my back is all messed up. Only down side for me was that it took longer to assembled than I thought it would and I had a two year trying to help me
I bought this chair to replace an older chair that was uncomfortable to sit in, specifically in the seat. The assembly of the chair was going well until I began to put on the right-hand arm rest and discovered that the post on the side of the chair's back where the rear part of the arm rest attaches was bent to far forward and I had a difficult time forcing the arm rest into place such that the bolt would go in. Once I got the chair assembled, I sat in it and it was no better than my older chair in terms of comfort. I can't believe I'm going to have to disassemble the chair and try to get it all back in the box and return it. Nothing but a hassle. Don't buy this chair. Spend a bit more and get a chair that you can actually use.
I got this chair because my old chair was starting to look it age . so I had seen. this chair at the store. I decided to get I had it delivered from the store that went good. the assembly was pretty easy it took me about a half hour to put it together. I also like the fact that you can recline in it.
I got this for my 11 year old son and he loves it. It's been comfortable for him to play long game sessions in. The assembly was okay. The only issue I came across was zipping up the headrest. It needed to be forced pretty hard. The arms were a bit challenging to put on as well. We have had this for 4 months now and it's still holding pretty good.

reclining doesn't cause the bolts holding the arms in place to loosen easily after few days of use like other brands

This the first GT I've owned but it is easily one of the Best Chairs I've purchased over the years
