Omg it works amazing ! The only things keeping it from 5 stars is it is heavy and just a bit hard and the cord being on left side is awkward. Only at day one but I love it so far.

I ordered this product several years ago and I worked great until it broke. The roller balls melted and got stuck to the fabric. I ordered a replacement because I loved my last one so much and to my disappointment, this one fails to compare. I’m not sure what changed, but it feels nothing like the last iteration. Will probably return this one and find a replacement option.

NEW REVIEW. Just to be honest, I complained the heat quit working after 3 months and very difficult to contact the company. I tried using it today just for the massage and the heat came back on. Don’t know why. No change in me using settings. So yea for today. Still no way to contact company. So buyer be ware. In a perfect world, it will work from now on.
