This looks like a nice little walking pad, sturdy secure, however, I was frustrated because you have to download an app and you have to sign up for the warranty of this device. When you look at this item, look at the front attached label before purchasing and you’ll see what’s expected of you before you could even use the item.
The tread on this walking pad slides constantly within 3 minutes of using it. It started day 1. I did all recommended troubleshooting steps, and it continues to slide. After calling the number, the only suggestion was to take a 30-second video and send it via email. Of course, the video is too big to upload to email! Item was returned for a refund.
If you look at the rose colored one it say speeds go up to 3.8mph where as the black and white one says only 2.5mph well this was a typo I ordered the rose and it only goes up to 2.5mph way too slow
Used it for 4 days and this is my experience. the belt is constantly slipping to either side. constantly have to stop walking to fix the belt. on the 4th and last day of its life, something popped and it started smoking really bad. quickly turned it off and unplugged it. now my entire house smells like burned electronics and rubber and I wasted so much money on the terrible thing. and since it took so long for me to get my standing desk and start using it. its been too long and I can't return it. Don't buy this, its super dangerous.
SO understand that this goes under your desk so you can walk while you work. You are not going to be jogging or running not even a brisk walk. You can walk slow with short steps. It does not go over 2 mph. FOR ME, this is perfect addition to my routine. Cardio takes up so much time at the gym. This is the best solution just to get my 10k steps in per day while in the office.
